If I'm counting correctly, that would be a 8pm or 9pm start for European drivers.

Thats fine, anything from 7pm (Netherlands) onward works for me. As long as it's fine for everyone else too.

For the tracks, Bahrain, MoSport, Sebring, Mid Ohio and Watkins glen are tracks I would like to see.

We're getting to the time of year where I need my weekend daylight hours if the weather is good (USA west coast), so I think I'm out.

Latest proposal. The series would be based on the best 5 results of 6 races. This will allow someone to miss an event and still remain in contention for a class championship. All tracks are via the WorkShop except for Rouen which is a download from ISR. One Saturday race to avoid conflict with the Easter holiday.

Scored on my calendar. Unfortunately I will miss a couple of races per trip, but JM will be in the championship.

Calendar looks good - I'll have to drop Malaysia. Looking forward to it.

Haven't been around for a while due to work and other real life stuff getting in the way but tempted to sign up to this after watching the awesome highlight videos from Troy.

Only thing holding me back is I don't want to be a hazard and not a wizard at doing set ups and feel like I am being a pain in the butt asking if anyone could send a base set up.

How does one download these tracks from steam? There doesn't seem to be a "download" option.

5 of the tracks are available through the rF2 Steam WorkShop. Click subscribe to each one of them and it adds it to your rF2 installation.

One is a direct download that you will have to manually download, place in the Packages folder, and click install in the Launcher's Content window.

I make that 14 entrants so far a lot less than original series so is there a chance this might turn into a single class series after all?

Personally I will not be choosing a GT3 again but I'm more than happy to change to the P2s.

I don't want to switch criteria once it starts because some drivers like one car and not the other. Same reason as making sure all drivers have all 6 races to run regardless of the entries.

I'm very, very tempted to jump in, but I'm not in love with the mod.  Someone give me a pep talk - do I need to give it another chance?

Sorry for not being able to join in much racing lately, but work has had me pinned down hard past year. Finding a spot for when I can race is just becoming worse.

Unfortunately these are just wrong dates for me as I will not be available for more than one or possibly two races. Would have loved to join in on some GT racing otherwise.

Well, I gave the mod a second chance - not sure what I was smoking last time (or perhaps I was just rusty on rF2), but I really enjoyed the GTE cars.

I think I am probably "in" - I've checked out all the dates and, at this point at least, I'd be good to go on all of them.  I want to think about it just a couple more days to make sure I'm really committed the way I want/need to be to enjoy the experience.

One specific question - do you guys do day/night cycle?

I'm asking because I've got some graphics settings dialed in that work...for daytime.  At night (at Malaysia, at least), it turns into a slide show! :D

All races will be daytime except Sebring which will use time compression.
