First post has all the event details. Be sure and read them over!

Below is everyone who said they were interested -- 12 drivers.

Now that the date has changed to next Sunday, 23rd October, please advise if you cannot make it.

If we put a event exclusively for one of the cars, I would like to try. Specially just GTs.

How to drive pit entry?

Maybe it is a dumb question, but i know, if a racedriver can gain a couple of seconds, he will do it. ;-)

So we chould commit to one version. Should it be allowed to cut the entry?

I thought there was a sleeping policeman there, but if not...  If someone cuts the pit entry and I see it, 30 second stop / go penalty with 3 laps to fulfill the penalty.

I'm in and trying to get my brother to join me in one car......we can do a driver swap right?  I see you have the server set to OFF. Does that mean no swaps for the race?

I will try to join but college is taking up most of my time right now. So if I make it, it wil probably be with barely any practice. And when I join it might be at the end of quali or during warmup because I don't know if I can be there before quali starts.

Was trying to keep it solo drivers to increase cars on the grid. But we can leave it optional for a driver swap.

Im really sorry, but I cant race this Sunday.

I hope this race goes well, and everybody enjoy it. If this turns out to be a series, I would most likely be in.

Clocked some laps last night. Not going to have any serious prep time for this race, expect me to be in mid-pack :)

Down to 8 drivers. I will ask those who attend how long they want the race, or if the want to do 20-30 minute sprints instead. Matters not to me, so whatever those attending want to do.

I would be ok with any format, but perhaps 60-min race length better?

I'm still in.  Prefer long race.  Suspect you'll have a couple more than 8 because some have not replied here that I'm pretty sure will show up.

Still in too. 90 min format still sounds good even without a big field.

Thanks for hosting Doug,

and thanks to all participants.

I did not realy understand why there is no more interest in this events.

However, it was a tough race for me.

I had to work from 13 - 16 gmt, and was on call till 20 gmt.

So it was realy hard to focus on this race.

The first laps were very hard, there were lots of pressure from Rickard and Jules, when i remember right.

I pushed to hard to my tyres, and so Rickard and Jules manged to overtook me.

But i tried to keep the pressure on.

Then luckily for me Rickard and Jules colided, and i was in first position now.

It was not easy to keep this position,  i had a flatspot and got pressure from behind.

And then, 6 minutes before the end, i got a call from my company. :cuss:

Ok, i was able to keep them quiet till i could end the race.

If we had done the 90 minute race, i should had  stop my car in the pit. ;-)

Thanks for hosting the race Doug, interesting track and well suited for these cars.  Like Matthias, not sure why the race was not more popular.  Perhaps with winter coming (no, not GOT, but winter, really!) there will be more pilots.

Thank you for your hard work Doug.

I had a good start but at T4 exit dropped the left rear on the grass and got a snap oversteer, collecting Jules in the process. Luckily he continued without loosing much time but I dropped all the way to last position. After that kept my head down and protected the tires most of the race. Despite my fear of loosing touch to leaders because I had not practiced for this race, I found my rhythm early thru most corners and settled on lap times that were around low 1:32's which was decent. And with fuel load getting lighter, progressively dropped to mid-high 1:31's, which made me stay in front of hard charging Colin, finally crossing the line in P2. Despite the low turnout and lack of on-track door-to-door racing I enjoyed the race a lot. Thank you for all the participants.
